Easy recipe when you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen, yet you are up to some healthy food. Guacamole beautifully complements the smoked fish; this is a perfect food for warm summer evening.
Ingredients for Guacamole (for 2 people):
1 avocado
1/2 garlic clove
1/2 small onion
pinch of salt
1tsp of lemon
1/2 tsp of soya sauce (for soya free diet can be swapped for Winiary liquid seasoning)
coriander/thyme leaves (optional)
Mix it in the food processor (I prefer into smoother paste) and serve with gluten-free pasta and flaked smoked salmon.
